Sales Team

The Property Sales department is headed by Dereck Foster and staffed with a team of experienced Real Estate Brokers - Sam Mahon, Dawn Allen, Anna Lee Warren and Nicole Gibson. The department handles all sales enquiries, which come to the company both from the local and international markets, and we pride ourselves on providing honest and professional information to prospective clients.

We invite the most attractive property listings and have an extensive portfolio for sale. From the moment you enter Bajan Services, our professional staff will supply you with current sales information. The Sales Agents will personally ensure that you view the properties by arranging all appointments and accompanying you to the viewings. They will discuss with you the procedure for purchasing property on the island, including all relevant taxes and incentives, as well as recommend reputable local attorneys and/or financial advisers in order to guarantee that your transaction goes as smoothly and trouble free as possible. Our efficient Sales Team will also keep you abreast of the status of your pending sale with progress reports and follow-up calls, and as a full associate of Knight Frank, we have extensive international exposure.

Reservations Team

Enjoying a holiday in a villa or luxury condominium in Barbados can definitely be considered one of life’s finer luxuries and our diverse range of properties offer something to please everyone (couples, groups of friends or families); each comes with a friendly and efficient staff to cater to your every need. Our team of dedicated Reservations Agents specializing in holiday villa rentals, headed by Sherry Marshall, work closely with both direct clients and overseas agents to book the most suitable villa for each clients’ holiday.  They make all the necessary arrangements through our Concierge Department prior to our clients' arrival, which may include:

  • Having guests met at the airport and transported to their villas
  • Stocking villas with groceries (and special dietary requirements)
  • Having villa staff prepare meals for guests' arrival
  • Arranging hired cars to be delivered either to the airport or guests' villa
  • Any special requests required prior to guests' arrival

We have come a long way since 1979, but our commitment to excellent service remains our priority. To this end, we have implemented an on-line booking reservations system so that you can conveniently plan your holiday from the comfort of your own home or office. We have also entered into an agreement with Virgin Atlantic and our guests can now earn air miles when booking our villas.

Many of our visitors are repeat guests and it is our aim to make your holiday a memorable one.

Villa Management Team

Our team of villa managers is headed-up by Maureen Hackett and they are responsible for taking care of visitors and villa owners alike while on the island. These experienced and competent ladies and gentlemen are each responsible for a number of villas and oversee the smooth running of each property.  The Villa Mangers meet guests, usually the day after arrival, to welcome them to Barbados and our lovely villas; they also brief them on numerous activities to do on the island such as:

  • Island tours
  • Boat cruises
  • Day trips to neighbouring islands
  • Restaurant recommendations
  • Island culture etc.

Accounts Team

The accounts department consists of seven competent ladies, headed by Accountant - Cynthia Brooks. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. and they always go the extra mile to get the job done. The department is responsible for handling all financial transactions for the villa owners, which includes preparing wages for the villa staff, paying utilities and any other payment necessary. On a monthly basis, statutory returns such as National Insurance, PAYE and Value Added Tax are filed for each individual house owner. There is constant interaction between the accounts department and all other departments in order to facilitate the smooth running of the villas.
